FAQs

You can provide us with photographs, ideas, sketches. You can talk us through whatever your design vision is. We will collect that information and create a 3 dimensional digital design that we can share with you and start collaborating with you in that regard.

One question we get frequently is “Can you make anything?” and the short answer is absolutely. We can make there pieces look like literally anything you want. If you can imagine it, we can make it.

Our products are all custom quoted, so feel free to reach out and we will provide you with an exact quote for the piece that you are considering, but in a nutshell there are a couple of variables involved whether it’s size, geometry of the piece and we are often asked to make smaller versions and those can be priced significantly less.

In terms of how long a project takes, think of each in two realms: design and manufacturing. The design side, best way to answer it, takes as long as it needs to take for the piece to be perfect. It’s a very collaborative process, and we’ll continue to iterate with you for really as long as it takes. We don’t build anything until you believe it’s perfect.

Once you have approved a final version of the design, it takes about 2-3 weeks for us to be able to deliver a finished product to you.

Our urns are made out of essentially out of a ceramic material. There are some other things involved in the process, but the final piece is going to feel like a glazed ceramic that you’re very familiar with, it’s just going to be a lot more detailed. Our 3D printing process allows us to capture an incredible nearly photo realistic detail with the piece, so they are going to have the same durability, the same look, the same feel of a ceramic piece but they are just going to be worlds better.

The first thing you’ll see from us is a rendering that reflects all of the collaboration and thought that has gone into the design of the piece that you’re imagining. This will give you an opportunity to react to it, to suggest changes, or to simply say “Yup, it’s perfect.”

So you’re planning ahead? Congratulations! You’re giving a great gift to your family. You’re relieving them of a burden at a time when they will be sad and they will be missing you. What you’re doing is very important so we’re glad that you’re here. You shouldn’t feel afraid to interact with us. Feel free to give us a call. We like to talk to people who are planning ahead. We would be happy to come up with design concepts for you and help figure to out what you think will be a meaningful expression of your legacy when it is that time.
