We are not satisfied unless you are delighted with your custom Foreverence piece. Upon receipt, if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will expedite a replacement to you.
Given that each Foreverence piece is individually designed, personalized and produced, orders are not returnable or refundable once you have approved the piece for production.
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged well for safe delivery to you. Each order is sent via traceable method; tracking information is provided to you upon shipment. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of arrival at email@example.com or 1.888.730.6111. We will expedite a replacement piece to you. Please retain all original packaging as we will issue a claim ticket to have the damaged item and packaging returned to Foreverence for inspection.
