If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund. In some cases, there will be a 15% restocking fee for items.
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged well for safe delivery to you. Each order is sent via traceable method; tracking information is provided to you upon shipment. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of arrival at email@example.com or 1.888.413.0003. We will expedite a replacement piece to you. Please retain all original packaging as we will issue a claim ticket to have the damaged item and packaging returned to Foreverence for inspection.
Items that cannot be returned/refunded
- Any item that has been personalized.
- Any item that has been filled.
- Items that have been damaged or tampered with.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
- Orders over 30 days old are non-returnable or refundable.
