We honestly never thought we’d be here. When we founded this company in 2014, it wasn’t our goal to make cremation urns for the stars. We wanted to bring choice to the marketplace. We wanted to put the control entirely in the hands of the consumer. It just turns out that choice and control are two very important things to very creative people.
And so, to date, we’ve been honored to make custom cremation memorials for a group of individuals who have combined for ten Grammys, sixteen platinum records, nine gold records, and one Academy Award. Here’s a selection of images from their lives and their legacies.
Prince’s family requested that we make an urn in the shape of his iconic residence. The urn includes interior design elements that mimic the decor of his famous home.
Motorhead’s bandleader is famous as much for his hard-rock lifestyle as he is his hard-rock music. His family and bandmates requested a memorial that expressed both of those legacies.
One of Scott Weiland’s enduring artistic choices was to sing through a megaphone while on stage with his band Stone Temple Pilots. His family commemorated him with an urn in the shape of his favorite, and now legendary, megaphone.
In addition to being the founder of 1980’s pop music sensation DEVO, Bob Casale was also a family man. The iconic energy dome made a perfect urn, but the personal inscription made it a perfect expression of his legacy.
